The Motherhood Project- Head & Belly

Welcome to The Motherhood Project, a survey conducted by the Head & Belly organization.

Are you expecting and currently in your 2nd or 3rd trimester (13-42 weeks gestation)? Our survey is open to pregnant women over 18 years of age, who are experiencing all forms of pregnancies.

The IRB approved, multiple-choice survey is about the experience of becoming a mother. Participants will be asked to complete two nearly identical surveys regarding their personal beliefs, practices, feelings and behaviors: once during pregnancy and will be contacted again 4-6 months after giving birth.

With your help, we may learn more about the process of becoming a mother and how it may inform a woman’s identity, relationships, spirituality, and mental health.
